Tobii Dynavox: TD Pilot

The famous Tobii Dynavox eye control is finally compatible with Apple's IOS via this new device called TD Pilot ! And it works damn well. We find the qualities of the latest generation of eye control: Tobii IS5L Eye Tracker, which works even outdoors with, however, a shadow cast on the face necessary (cap or hat). The TD Pilot embeds the equivalent of a 5th generation iPad Pro with great features: Apple A12Z Bionic chip with 64-bit architecture and 8GB of RAM and a 256 GB SSD. The native battery is backed up by a second battery in the hull in order to obtain an autonomy of approximately 10 hours. Powerful loudspeakers (2x 10W) are also integrated: no problem to communicate even in the hubbub of a classroom! A "companion" window on the back of the device allows visual communication without having to vocalize in all circumstances. Dimensions and weight: 30.4 × 25.5 × 9.0 cm for 2 kg. Its base is compatible with Rehadapt supports (UDS): no problem to be carried on a wheelchair or for use in bed.

TD Talk software will equip your TD Pilot if you wish to communicate via an on-screen alphabetic (text-to-speech) keyboard. It is particularly interesting for people suffering from ALS or Locked-in-Syndrom and who are fans of the Apple universe! The software is intuitive and powerful. Word prediction is efficient and many personalized phrases can easily be added by the user to increase his communication speed.

The TD Snap software (also known as Snap Core First) will be integrated if you need to communicate an AAC tool that involves the use of symbols associated with words or sentences. Here again, getting started is quick: the tables are already pre-built and can of course be personalized. The TD Pilot device with TD Snap software is ideal for people with IMC whose spasticity and athetosis make it difficult to use body movements as a means of computer access.

The default TD Co-Pilot team software allows the user to manage the TD Pilot settings alone, such as the "calibration" of the eyepiece, but also updates, battery status, etc. .

Incorporates infrared for home automation and allows the sending of SMS associated with certain Android smartphones.

A camera allows you to take pictures that can be integrated into the Mind Express.

Possibility to send SMS in combination with some Android phones.

Jabbla Vibe 12

Robust, light and powerful, the Vibe 12 can be controlled by touch, by automatic scanning via 1 or 2 switches (2 female jacks are integrated), but also by all possible mouse emulators (joysticks, headmouse...). Its Intel I5 processor even supports eye control!
